Instructions for failing the exam

The graduate student who did not pass the exam must choose to retake failed course or retake the exam. Application should be made in the system in the first week at the beginning of the new semester .

 If this course is a spring semester course, you need to apply on the system one week before the beginning of the spring semester;

l If this course is a fall semester course, you need to apply on the system one week before the beginning of the fall semester.

2. then input your student ID number, password.

3. next choose to retake failed course or retake the exam.

4. Finally, you need to finish the application form for retaking failed course or retaking the exam, then send the form to the Teaching Affair Office in the first week of the semester. 

※ If you do not submit this form during the first week of semester,   This application will be invalid and your name will not appear in the teacher’s system, You will not have the grade in the end.
