In its long-time teaching and research practice, the College has gathered and nurtured a group of well-known nuclear engineering experts and excellent young scholars, and built a high-level international teaching team that is reasonably structured, progressive and cooperative. At present, the number of faculty is about 124, including 78 full-time teachers. Among them, 23 are senior Professors, 30 are associate Professors, and 69 Lecturers with doctorate degree, accounting for 88.5% of the total number of full-time teachers.There are 29 doctoral supervisors and 32 master supervisors, and 55 domestic and foreign part-time (visiting) Professors, including 3 members of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 2 international academic masters and more than 40 well-known domestic and foreign scholars. It has more than 10 national-level talents and experts and more than 30 provincial-level talents, and has Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education, the Innovation Team in national defense-related science and technology and the first batch of "Leading Team" of Heilongjiang Province.
