Zhang Dewei, male, Han nationality, CPC member, born in Dec. 1978, with a Graduate education and a Master degree in Economic Law, and a professor. He started to work in July 2003 and successively served as counselor of College of Civil Engineering of Harbin Engineering University, director of Student Practice Education Center of HEU’s Youth League Committee, director of Student Work Office and deputy secretary of Party Committee of College of Aerospace and Civil Engineering. He was appointed as deputy secretary of Party Committee of College of Nuclear Science and Technology in September 2022.

Research: ideological and political education in college students, and mental health of and career planning for college students

Awards: he has obtained the Teacher Qualification Certificate, the Certificate of National Second-level Psychological Consultant, the Certificate of BCF&GCDF Career Planner, the Certificate of College Application Planner and other qualification certificates. In March 2013, he won the Annual College Counselor of Heilongjiang Province. He participated in the establishment and research of 3 state-level projects, published 1 monograph "Discipline Competition Guidance Course for College of Aerospace and Civil Engineering of Harbin Engineering University", edited 1 textbook "College Career and Career Development", participated in the compilation of more than 10 books on ideological and political education for students and published more than 20 high-quality papers, and his main achievement were prized by Heilongjiang Association of Higher Education and China Association of Higher Education.
