Yu Lei, male, Han nationality, born in Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province in September 1977, CPC member, Master of Law and assistant researcher. He started working in July 2000, and served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Foreign Languages Department and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of School of Economics and Management of HEU. In December 2020, he was appointed as deputy Dean of College of Nuclear Science and Technology of Harbin Engineering University.
