Zhang Ling, female, Han nationality, CPC member, born in November 1969, PhD, Research librarian, visiting scholar at the Institute of Information Management of Northumbria University, UK, and visiting scholar at the School of Library and Information Science, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. She has successively served as assistant librarian, librarian, deputy research librarian, director of Information Service Department and deputy director of HEU Library, secretary of General Party Branch and deputy director of HEU International Office and School of Continuing Education, secretary of General Party Branch and deputy director of HEU Library, president and chief editor of Harbin Engineering University Press. She was appointed as secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Nuclear Science and Technology in June 2022.
