Basic researches are carried out on the application of key technologies for reactors using new working substances such as helium xenon, helium, supercritical carbon dioxide and lead bismuth as coolants and for new-purpose reactors such as heat supply, heating and special purposes, including: the system adaptation technology and key equipment characteristic analysis technology for new types of reactors, the advanced energy conversion technology for new-working-substance reactors, the whole system simulation and safety analysis technology for new-purpose reactors, the technology for predicting vibration, fretting wear and life induced by new-working-substance flow, the passive waste heat rejection technology for low-temperature reactor.
